[About this blog] Inspired by local soccer player Mike Lim during my rookie reporter days at Singapore Polytechnic, I set up this blog in August 2002. I feel that blogging is a novel platform to document interesting facets of my life and my thoughts on certain issues. [Email blogger] ephraim@singnet.com.sg

[team singapore]
i am finally part of team singapore after submitting my volunteer form... and today, i rubbed shoulders with leslie kwok, ernest teo and benjamin gan...

and what was anonymous doing? at home hoping that the powerboats would crash into my sorry face and make it even sorrier.... bullshit... in case you didn't know, the people maneouvering the boats are experts and not dumbass people like you who sit on your ass in front of the computer spewing out shit... you moron!!!!

okay back to the topic... you stupid moronic ass... you filthy piece of shit!!! man, i have to stop...

okay back to the topic, i was at the event site at around 11am... and boy the ticket actually costs money!!! a whooping 25 bucks... i just flashed my staff pass and viola, i'm in...

and what was anonymous doing? at home hoping that the powerboats would crash into my sorry face and make it even sorrier.... what nonsense...

so i set up the team singapore booth with two singapore sports council staff and two other volunteers... and we also got to have a grand spread of sashimi, whipped potato with beef, hot pepper chicken, cheesecake and chocolate cake... and straight after that i had the opportunity to roam around the event site... actually i wanted to see how far i could go with my staff pass... i even went into the vip tent and boy, the fhm babes and models were simply fabulous... i shan't go into more details...

then by 3pm, the athletes arrive and i follow them around the event site as they autograph my event guide!!! too bad for me and you there are no photos of the event as my camera is under repair...

and after the race starts, three of us volunteers go to the ssc deck to get a glimpse of the powerboat competition with ernest beside and hyperactive leslie perched atop a chair watching as the boats speed by.... and no, they don't crash, anonymous, you freaking twerp...

although it was a fun-tastic experience, mother nature could have been kinder in terms of the two sessions of rain today...

and anonymous just stayed at home and rotted... he couldn't do much than blabber anyway...
