[disappearing sore throat]
i have actually been having flu for the past few days... there was running today again... very high morale... i led a few songs during the running too... funny, my sore throat seems to have disappeared... haha... just chilling out and listening to jay chou now... work's all done... will check out the new ish of fullStoP tomorrow...
