[About this blog] Inspired by local soccer player Mike Lim during my rookie reporter days at Singapore Polytechnic, I set up this blog in August 2002. I feel that blogging is a novel platform to document interesting facets of my life and my thoughts on certain issues. [Email blogger] ephraim@singnet.com.sg

[oeti trainee's night]
finally after a month of hard work, rehearsals and sweat, the show ended with a big blast just now...

lessons learnt:
1. things happen last minute.... you choose how you want to deal with it...
2. learnt how to overcome nervousness and stage fright....
3. proper planning does not mean everything will turn out well....
4. lotsa talented guys in my platoon...

performed in front of 500 people 'live' today... it was really cool seeing my senior instructors clapping along to the song while me and my friend shirlene were singing... it was an even greater satisfaction when my friends sms-ed me that the show was great... lotsa handshakes and smiles which i will not forget...

lotsa arrows shot at me but still managed to catch them and take them in stride..... the show was really great man!!! looks like i won't be able to sleep tonight like the past three nights..... the feeling during the past three nights was nervousness and worriness... but tonight, it will be unforgettable..... the hard work and effort of everyone whether big or small roles has truely paid off.... the culmination of hard work and teamwork......

*unforgettable*
