[About this blog] Inspired by local soccer player Mike Lim during my rookie reporter days at Singapore Polytechnic, I set up this blog in August 2002. I feel that blogging is a novel platform to document interesting facets of my life and my thoughts on certain issues. [Email blogger] ephraim@singnet.com.sg

[Beyond SG]
Beyond SG is a blog about Singapore and our social and business connectivity with the world. It is about what's happening in Singapore and outside Singapore and how we can thrive and survive in an increasingly flatter world.

So while Minister blogs about his daily life and more light-hearted local issues here, the Beyond SG site tackles more serious topics but with a light-hearted approach.

Today, he blogged about Global Connectivity and Friendships.

Do visit beyond sg here.

Ephraim is a Hebrew name which means double fruitfulness (for God had made him fruitful in the land of his affliction).

How has the Almighty made you fruitful? How has this land, which now dwell in, afflicted you in any way? :)

God was on his side, and God said to him, go forth and join the strong and the proud and shameless. And he followed the words of God and was richly rewarded

ephraim i am amazed at the extent in which you try to ingratiate yourself into the PAP power network.

What's your beef? You want to be an underlying for life or do you habor the thought of running an election as a PAP candidate?

you must make your intention clear! come out clean, as your PAP idols would say...
