[enlistment at tekong]
helped out for enlistment todae at tekong.... really reminds me of my enlistment five months ago.... looking at the recruits going 'left, right, left, right' really reminds me of how much i have been through all these months.... it's all over... but recourse is starting at delta tomorrow...... i'm now at foxtrot platoon 1..... the rest of us will move to delta tomorrow..... i just ooc todae..... hahaha....

what's my future? i still don't know until i go to manpower to check out tomorrow...... maybe going to log branch again....
it's okay at log branch and honestly for the past one month there i have learnt a lot of things... i even carried the gpmg! let's see where i'll get posted to.... in the meantime, i'll have to see the physiotherapist for treatment....

the concept for NextStoP is quite cool.... simple and minimalistic... clean concept... the cover depicts three students in action.... and the pic is taken in a very artistic way.. from the bottom up.... it seems that the pic is tilted 45 degrees to the right.... interesting huh?

*really excited about the photo shoot on fridae*

[zonked out at zouk]
wednesdays are not only half days but also full nights. at zouk, it's what they call mambo night or simply putting it "cheong till next morning".

The night begins as early as 9pm and by 10, queues are seen snaking out this once long ago warehouse at jiak kim street. it's a familiar sight and as many as a few hundred people gather outside, waiting for friends, chatting on the phone or just lazing around.

entering the doors, you get into a place they term 'wonderland'. and yes, it definitely looks like one wonderland, especially if you are drunk. then you get to see lights spinning around like wonderland. the music is blasting, uv lights are everywhere and there are people closely beside you. so you take out your drink coupon, make your way to the bar counter blurt out your desired drink and watch the barman in action. he is swift in his every move, and in a few seconds you get your drink presented to you. the drink looks colourful and you take a sip before walking around to look for your chums.

of course, what is fun without the dancing? but then again, you decide not to get down and plunge right onto the dance floor for fear of getting lost. so after much persuasion from the guys, you finally trotter down the steps onto the dance floor. the music is actually great with different variety but a tad too loud. anyway, you're here to enjoy yourself so you revel in the party atmosphere. you then start grooving, hopping and dancing to the beat!

time flies and just before you know it time speeds past you. you decide to save your energy and give your best shot for the night. and there in a matter of hours, the fun has ended. somehow everyone begins to realize that all's well ends well and they make a hasty exit to make sure they manage to grab a cab. remember if you drink don't drive, if you drive don't drink.

[work done]
yeah... i've finished all my february articles for fullStoP.... i only have to get my script done for the river raft race video.... will be there on the 15th and 16th of nex month to do the shooting for the vid... kindof exciting to be part of this vid.... and of course there will be coverage of the event in fullStoP in march.....

[moviemania]
within the last week, i have watched about seven movies! there is really nothing much to do in camp that i have the time to watch movies.... hahaha....

austin powers in goldmember: didn't know that the whole show was so funny.....
the beach: the scenery of the beach was good... might wanna read the book...
jurassic park 3: a different plot from the other two jurassic park movies but almost the same sequence, go to the island then run off from the island... wat's new?
2009 lost memories: plot was well developed... this jap/korean show is actually quite high in standard... interesting.... highly recommended...
8 legged freaks: somewhat scary but very fictional.... didn't watch the first 20-30 mins tho....

will be moving over to delta on mundae..... dunno wether siong or not...anyway, we'll have to see what the specialist recommends...
downgrade??
